Shipping policy

Each Ceramicah piece is packaged with care in 100% recyclable or biodegradable material and double boxed. Most of our pieces are made to order with a lead time of 4-6 weeks. If an item is listed as in-stock it will ship within 1-2 weeks of purchase. We ship via UPS Ground for all orders within the United States, and DHL for all International orders.

International Orders 

When placing an international order please be advised that you may be charged duties and taxes once the order reaches your country and before it can be released for delivery to you. Ceramicah is not responsible for any duties and taxes charged upon customs. Our international courier will contact you once the order reaches customs to make the payment. These charges are unavoidable and vary from country to country. While we cannot estimate them upfront, you may find the information online or contact your local customs office. 

All Ceramicah lighting is wired for 120V or 240V depending on the shipping location. If special wiring is required please contact us at info@ceramicah.com. 

 

Damage

For items that are damaged in transit or arrive with defective parts, please keep all original packaging and document the damage as soon as the piece is delivered. Damage must be reported with photos within 48 hours of receipt. Ceramicah will then evaluate if the item is eligible for repair, replacement or refund. If damage is not reported within this timeframe we may decline to repair, replace or refund the item.
