Do you keep anything in stock I can purchase right away?
Most of our products are made to order but sometimes we do have a few in stock. You can shop in stock products here.
Will the special collections like the Raku and Shino be re-stocked once they sell out?
Our special collections are limited edition and although we may make more in the future, we cannot guarantee it. We recommend purchasing the piece(s) you want from these collections while they're available.
Do you have 3D files of the Tera Lamp?
Yes, you can download the 3D files and tear sheets for every product on the product page.
What is the lead time?
Due to the hand made nature of our products our lead current time is 8-10 weeks from date of purchase.
Do you ship outside the US?
Yes, we ship internationally to certain countries which are listed under our shipping policy. If your country is not included in this list please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will let you know if we can accommodate you. When shipping internationally, any import taxes, duties or other customs fees that may apply are the responsibility of the buyer.
How do you ship?
The majority of our orders are shipped via UPS Ground and do not require a signature upon delivery. Once the order is shipped, then tracking details are provided. For international orders, Ceramicah is not responsible for any import taxes or other customs fees that may apply.
Can I recycle the packing?
Yes, all our packing materials are recyclable or biodegradable and we strongly encourage recycling the materials if possible.
What is your return policy?
All sales are final, including but not limited to custom and sample pieces. Once your order is in production, it cannot be changed or canceled. For items damaged in transit or defective parts, please keep all original packaging and document the damage as soon as the piece is delivered. Damage must be reported with photos within 24 hours of receipt. Ceramicah will then evaluate if the item is eligible for repair or replacement. If replacement or repair is not possible, a refund will be considered.

What is your trade discount?
Once your account is approved you will have access to our trade discount of 15%.
How can I see your products in person?
Our products are on display and can be viewed in person at the Lawson Fenning showroom in Los Angeles and the TRNK showroom in New York. View our stockists.
Do you take studio visits?
We occassionaly take studio visits, please email us to inquire.
Can your products be customized?
We do not offer customizations at this time.
Are the Tera Lamps UL Listed?
The Tera Lamps do not come UL listed but can be UL listed upon request. Please email us to inquire.
